Collagen in an eggshell membrane is important for egg preservation, medical burn treatment and manufacturing of cosmetics. Because collagen in the membrane is little, it is a need to improve the accumulation in the membrane to develop these applications. Wood charcoal powder with vinegar (WCV) is a natural substance that improves poultry production. In hen fed with WCV, total collagen in the eggshell membrane increased with an increase in dietary WCV and significantly increased in the 1.0% WCV group (p
