She reports that she has chest pain at night. This happened last year exactly the same. She went to see Dr. Murphy, and he did a treadmill and an echocardiogram, no concerns for cardiovascular disease, and her symptoms resolved now over the last month. She wakes in the middle of the night and reports that she has a pressure. It is mild-to-moderate in the middle of her chest and will stay there as long she lies down. If she gets up, it goes away within 15 minutes. It is currently been gone on for the last week. She denies any fast heartbeats or irregular heartbeats at this time.
