Thank you for good meeting on yesterday. It was efficient discussion between each unit. Attachment is summary document that I plan to submit to CAT after revising information based on inputs from your team. Below is minute note for yesterday.

SPS Cooperate:
· We are very appreciated on K.Jame (Dumrongsak) so much on the way that he takes IKEA inputs. We start to see sense of urgency and eagerness from him when we found any deviations. It does not matter if that topic is belonging to him or not. He will ensure there will be responsible to come and get the feedbacks plus commit to take further actions. THANK YOU VERY MUCH for this kind of contribution.
· Based on above good example, IKEA has given inputs that whatever actions SPS did with K.Jame to change his mindset should be applied to the rest people in SPS Cooperate. From the discussion, there are 2 points that can effect to his mindset: team working and freedom to take ownership.
· By today, team will send IKEA for final list of activities that team committed to take further actions + time plan and cost of defect (Scratch) in edge banding line. So, we can make comparison if it is worth to invest new conveyor belt costed 150,000 THB.
· Team will perform open pallet activities after edge banding process without cleaning step to see what is the gap when comparing with last 2 months result. This activity will be done on Tue, wk1604. Result of activities will be shared to IKEA.
· Team will come back with concrete action plan for improving mindset and competence of co-workers in factory. Prioritized lines will be packing and edge banding line. Detail time plan for training, test, and evaluation for each function will be sent to Raj by end of Jan, 2016.
· K.Su already submitted open box activities for DOMBAS to Raj since yesterday. Today result is ~50% OK sets. So, SPS Cooperate decided to postpone this activity with IKEA. Team needs to confirm IKEA back when will be new schedule and which articles that they will choose.
· Updated APL based on discussion and comments from IKEA will be sent by Feb 3, 2016.

SPS Intertech Fac I:
· Team already sent final goal to Raj. New information has been updated in attachment.
· K.KK agreed to have open box activities for products produced in Fac I. He
