Welcome to the Jacobs Group
I am pleased to offer you employment for the position of Architect. The terms and conditions are
set out in this letter and in company policies.

Sinclair Knight Merz (Thailand) Company Limited is a Jacobs Group company (hereinafter
referred to as “the Company”).

We are delighted to have you join us to become part of the firm.

Your Role
In your new job as Architect, based in our Thailand office (namely "Sinclair Knight Merz
(Thailand) Co., Ltd.", or "SKM" (a Jacobs company), you will report to Manoch Rujipakorn,
Technical Manager. Your employment commences on October 15, 2015.

Salary
Your base salary is THB 42,000.00 a month which is your taxable income, from which we deduct
personal income tax and any other statutory contributions. You will be required to work the
reasonable hours necessary to discharge your duties, for overtime please refer to Thailand
Employee Handbook.

Salary is paid monthly in arrears by direct deposit to your bank account. Please note that
remuneration matters are strictly confidential.

Leave
You will be entitled to 10 working days paid leave (pro-rata for time worked) and 30 days paid
for sick leave per annum.

Annual Wage Supplement
In addition, you will be eligible for the 13th month Annual Wage Supplement (A.W.S), payable at
end of the year and pro-rated for employees who have less than 12 months of continuous service
as at 31st December. Please refer to Thailand Employee Handbook for more details.

Probationary Period
Your appointment includes a probationary period of 3 months, during which time your

คุณฐานเงินเดือนเงินเดือนบาท 42000.00 เดือนซึ่งเป็นภาษีรายได้จากการที่เราหัก
ภาษีเงินได้ส่วนบุคคลและผลงานใด ๆตามกฎหมายอื่น ๆ คุณจะต้องทำงาน เวลาที่เหมาะสมที่จำเป็น

เงินเดือนที่จ่ายรายเดือนค้างชำระ โดยเงินฝากโดยตรงในบัญชีธนาคารของคุณ . โปรดทราบว่าเรื่องค่าตอบแทนเป็น



ไว้เป็นความลับอย่างเคร่งครัดคุณจะได้รับ 10 วัน จ่ายไป ( โปรค่าเวลาทำงาน ) และ 30 วันจ่าย
สำหรับลาป่วยต่อปี ค่าจ้าง

ปีเสริม นอกจากนี้คุณจะได้รับสิทธิสำหรับเดือนที่ 13 ประจำปีค่าจ้างเสริม ( a.w.s ) , เจ้าหนี้ที่
สิ้นปี โปรอันดับที่พนักงาน ใครได้น้อยกว่า 12 เดือน
