Per our talked last week, about Supplier Evaluation of 2014 may I raise up some points for your consideration.
- TCB was cut score in Aug’ 14 for 2 cases. In case that TCB sent wet materials (WH70), actually it’s not whole 20 MT were wet but only some bags (surely less than 30%). BTMT didn’t want to unload partially then requested TCB to took back whole 20MT and resent again. So this case I think we preferred to BTMT for highest satisfaction, unless we could unload more than 70% of that shipment.
- Another scenario, the evaluation of full shipment should be based on total quantity during month. Otherwise, it’s not fair for suppliers who make shipment everyday compares to who delivers 1 time a month.
- In QAL topic, TCB was cut 10 scores which BTMT classifies as a severe impact. For this case, I think we should be classified as an impact but not severe (-5 scores) because BTMT returned whole 20MT instead of unload most of OK materials if it’s ur gent needed by production. BTW, we could make the replacement in day after and didn’t cause production stop-line.
From above, we believe ranking will improve from “C” to “B”.
