Free time is the time that people very happy when it arrived. I am the one,too. I use the time for exercise. It have many benefits for my health. The first I start by eat healthy food.Next I don't eat unhealthy food,too. Unhealthy food is not have benefit for health.It's too bad when we eat it more.Many people know this reason. After that when I eat will exercise by jogging and sit-up. Sit-up is too hard in the first time. It's make me pain.
