Thank you for the submission of your new bank accounts information, the new account details have been approved and active for payment approval on ePass. You can now resume the approval of payment batch in YCS and credit will be made to the new bank account.
If you receive this note and believe it is a mistake, please send immediately an email to us.
Important Notes:
Changing bank account details: If changes are made to an active bank account (at "approved" status). The bank account will need to be re-approved by the Agoda finance team. During this process your account status will be temporarily set to "pending" status. Please keep avoiding from "Save" button if you not intend to change bank account details.
