A repeatability study was conducted under optimized conditions for SWCSV determination of Mn (II) (measurements not shown). The average standard deviation was 5.6% (n=10) for a hydroethanolic solution (10% v/v ethanol) containing 3 μg L−1 Mn (II). The detection and quantification limits were calculated at 9 μg L−1, 30 μg L−1 respectively, using 180 s as deposition time and considering the approximate 10-fold dilution of the sample. The linear range obtained from increasing additions of Mn (II) was between 3 and 175 μg L−1 (R= 0.990).
