After 24 h deodorization
the higher concentrations were detected for glutamine (19 g/kg
lyophilized manure) and asparagines (16 g/kg lyophilized manure).
It was also reported that the maximal reduction of amino acids
content in PM after the activity of the mixed culture was achieved
within 24 h of deodorization (27e47%), whereas longer time did not
bring any improvement of that process (negative values of reduction
(R) in Table 3 indicate that the concentration of a particular
amino acid was higher in experimental sample than in control
sample).
