Exercises have many benefits for us. Not only it give us a strong bodies, but also it make us happy.
When i am stressful, i will do it. It make me feel relax up. I like exercises. But i dont exercise everyday. I will exerise when i have a free time or when i want to because sometime i am too tired. I exercise everything but i like dancing the most. Because it make me release feeling. Everybody can dance. You just dance follow your feeling. It can help you to fell relax. Believe me!
