Thank you for contacting HostGator. Our shared servers are using mod_cloudflare and the domain access logs show the original IP address and not the CloudFlare IPs. If your script isn't seeing the correct IP address you may need to check with the script developer to modify the script so it pulls the correct IP address. The alternative would be to disable your CDN to see if that resolves your issue.
