• How many employee already moved to Ayutthaya plant so far?
- At the moment, only Cavin is working at the new factory supervising the renovation & machines installation works.
- After the 1st or 2nd week of Dec-15 we plan to shift some admin. & production staffs (maybe around 3 to 5 staffs) to start works in the new factory.
- From the 3rd week Dec-15 onwards, we plan additional staffs to new factory to start production trial.
- From 4th Jan-16, we plan to start full operation in the new factory.
• How many team members in HR team or who will support and coordinate with her regarding job responsibilities? When will they move to work with her?
- Our plan is to have total 2 staffs in direct HR dept, but for the start we employed Ms. Pranida to organize new recruitment for about 20 to 30 new staffs around the factory location, as we are only expecting about 30 existing staffs will be relocate to the new factory.
• While relocating, does she have to work 8.00 AM – 5.00 PM on Mon – Fri ? Or you can allow her working in flexible time and date i.e. she can work at home and go to manufactory sometime when required.
- I understand her concern, and we should be able to accept flexible hour from time to time to let works from home or at new factory. Actual timing can be discuss during her 1st day to work. Mr Cavin or myself will work with her on this matter. So tell her not to worry about working alone.
• What is your plan for her for whole December?
- following are some of the important work plan for her in Dec-15,
a) organizing new staffs recruitment, including advertisement & arrangement for interview.
b) organizing transportation plan.
c) setting up basic company HR structure needs in the new factory.
