Vibes 2016, the Global Employee survey aims to understand what energizes you at workplace to deliver your best and seeks your opinion about the work culture and environment, values, performance enablers and Business priorities.
The survey will be conducted between 19th September to 1st October, 2016. It provides you an opportunity to share your feedback and contribute to creating a workplace where you feel energized, can actively contribute, learn and grow. Hence, please respond to all the questions thoughtfully and candidly.
Aditya Birla Group has commissioned CEB, a globally reputed partner in this domain, to conduct Vibes 2016. You will receive a formal invitation mail to take the survey from the email id [e-mail]. The email will provide you the web-link for taking the survey along with the unique confidential pin. The survey will take approximately 15-20 minutes. It is fully web-based, you may take it from any computer – either at work or from home – at your convenience. All the responses will be saved as you take the survey, so you may stop and restart from where you stopped at a later time.
All responses to the survey will remain confidential. An employee will be identified only through an ID code. Any identifying links such as email address will be destroyed by the survey partner, CEB, immediately after completion of the survey. The responses from employees will be aggregated and consolidated reports will be shared with Aditya Birla Group. While the confidentially of individual responses will be maintained in reports for management, a data file, which does not contain any employee identification will be provided to the project team purely for research purpose.
While it will take several weeks to analyse large amount of data generated in the survey, the preliminary results will be shared with you as soon as it is made available to Aditya Birla Group. From that point, you will be periodically updated on the actions your organization is taking based on the feedback provided by you and other employees in the survey.
