We have maintained close contact with the Insured and worked closely with the Insured and their staff at site in order to determine the extent of the loss. We have progressed matters through various discussions with the Insured where we advised relevant procedures and requested various documents in relation to the loss.
Despite various requests to the Insured’s broker we are still awaiting the claim submission with supporting documents. We have accordingly issued a standard 28 day notice letter indicating our intention to close the file if documentation is not forthcoming.
