With reference to the procedure of the “Preferred Returns Process Part 2”, we analyzed the troubleshooting rates of the last three completed months and categorized all Regional Units accordingly. The new process category will be effective on 1st of October.
According to the CS ML Country Scorecards in the Business Warehouse your current performance is the following:
The average troubleshooting rate (June, July, August) for Thailand is with the result of 9% below the target of 24%. This target was announced in the last categorization letter back in March 2016.
You therefore qualified for the Preferred Process for the next categorization period. Congratulation for this great achievement! You will not have to pay any troubleshooting fee for the following six months.
Please inform your back office (e.g. the person who is responsible for returns) about this result and note that the next categorization will be in March, effective April 2017. The troubleshooting rate target for the next categorization will still be 24%.
