Eric Chen was the OC Operations of the Year employee for 2015.
He adopts a get it done attitude everyday and continually pushes himself and the team to try and give their best day.
During the period of Sept / Oct, he stood in for Myra Khamhing (his manager) while she was on leave overseas, which happened to be a peak period for our business with Q3 printed matter volumes peaking, ongoing challenges with CONNECT migration impacting productivity, and in addition, we were sourcing additional Mail Sorters to assist with the commencement of the peak period. Eric kept going until Myra returned and worked along with the team for 5 weekends straight to ensure we kept the volumes moving through the DC.
He is a great asset to the team and is key to the sort of culture that we want to create at DHL eCommerce Oceania.
