The SNIPER sees he has missed his chance and makes a hasty
retreat.
CUT TO:
ROUNDABOUT: *
LOLA is up and running at the SUV with David in it. The *
driver slams the door on DAVID, jumps in. *
LOLA reaches the back of the SUV as it takes off into the *
traffic. She manages to hit the back window once - sees *
DAVID looking back at her through the window - a desperate *
terrible moment - before the car accelerates away and around *
a corner. *
LOLA
David! David! *
LOLA takes a moment to get her bearings, then takes off. *
CUT TO:
CARPARK/CAR
MORRISON has watched his plan fail with disgust. He nods to
his driver who takes off. *
CUT TO:
ROOFTOP *
LOLA comes to where CHELSEA was standing and finds only the
earpiece on the floor. She turns and runs off hard.
CUT TO:
BACK ALLEY
BRYCE moves slowly along a crowded alley searching - but
CHELSEA is nowhere to be seen.
Once he’s past we reveal CHELSEA - hidden behind a stall
holding her breath. She takes off in the opposite direction.
Back on BRYCE - he’s lost her. He examines the bloody pen in
his hand.

28 EXT. BACK STREET - DAY 28
LOLA, CHELSEA
CHELSEA runs hard around a corner and comes to a stop in a
small back street. She stands, panting then goes over to a *
small alcove (adjust) and removes the women’s backpacks where *
they stashed them earlier off camera. *

LOLA arrives also out of breath. *
LOLA *
I saw him. He was there- *
CHELSEA *
Lola- *
LOLA is breaking down. *
LOLA *
He was there. What did I do? What *
did I do? *
CHELSEA *
Nothing. They tried to kill us. *
LOLA thinks. *
LOLA
Have you got the key?!
CHELSEA passes it to LOLA. *
LOLA (CONT’D) *
(shouting)
Bastard!
She paces some more.
LOLA (CONT’D)
Bastard.
LOLA sees the red marks on CHELSEA’s neck.
LOLA (CONT’D)
You alright?
She nods and looks at her phone.
LOLA (CONT’D)
I have to call him back, I’m going
to call and find out where (they’ve
taken him)-
CHELSEA gently takes the phone from LOLA and takes charge. *
CHELSEA
Let’s think about what we’re going
to do first. Okay?
LOLA looks at CHELSEA - a LOLA we haven’t seen before.
LOLA
What are we going to do?
CHELSEA
We’ve still got the key. Come on.
