Method
The aim of the research is to determine
the administration experiences of female
administrators, to find out the troubles they have had
during the administration process, and to suggest
some solutions according to these experiences.
For this purpose, the qualitative method was used.
As this research tries to reveal the administrative
experiences of female administrators through their
perceptions, via the semi-structured interview
form, “phenomenology method”, suitable for this
type of research, was used.
