I joined training with Otento Company. Which is distribution companies and production of various agricultural products, there introduced species from Japan. From in this internship, I learn about the marketing and principle accounting. Then the company practice ours same with personnel’s company. The company assigned new projects
about japans tomato for take care by have personnel’s company control our work. First, we meeting plan and assign work to each person. Second, we allocate place to promote produce for looking Customer requirements in each place. And after 2 weeks, we can check feedback and problem of project to improve and solve. By we use basic economic knowledge to help project, for example use chapter of demand and supply applied to help in product distribution thoroughly, and because of products’ company is fresh so we
need hurry product distribution of stock to reduce moisture loss and reduce losses. And we meet many kind of consumer then the consumers are important to show the quality. All of this maybe this is just based on the knowledge that may be similar to the book. But we can take the knowledge existing applicable to real life.
Aside from the knowledge and experience to work with what impression is friendship. Whether the company or outsiders. We observed from the migration of provinces person to find a job in Bangkok. They have a way of life, speaking the same language and have a good friendship to each other. Another impressive thing is to see behind the scenes of the work of the department stores in Bangkok.
