The particle size distributions of straight-grade flour and reconstituted WWFs are shown in Table 1. For the fine-ground
WWFs of both wheat classes, the percentage of flour particles that were larger than 300 mm gradually reduced as the millfeeds had gone through a number of fine-grinding treatments; however only the 4th grinding group showed significantly smaller WWF median diameter than the 1st grinding group (P < 0.05). All WWFs with varying fine-ground millfeeds had significantly larger median diameters than the straight-grade flour and significantly smaller median diameters than theWWF with original millfeeds (P < 0.05).
