Since the contribution due to p-type carriers should be smallar than the electronic exchange between Fe/Fe ions, n-type carriers will predominate in lower temperatures, contrbuting to the increase of permittivity with temperature, whereas, above certain temperatures, the contribution from the p-type carriers also becomes significant, thus finally leading to the decease of permittivity, since the two contributions oppose each other.the broader and broader relaxation peaks with increasing freqency may be attributed to the dipoles aligning themselves with the alternating fields.
