(1) Student A: I think I would tell them not to speak their own language in class and encourage them to speak English.
(2) Student B: Really?
(3) Student A: What's your opinion, (name)?
(4) Student B: In my opinion, if people speak a language that I don't understand, I would ask them to speak English in class. We can all understand English because it is the common language. If they don't listen to me then I would talk to the other student who speaks my language and ask him what is going on.
(5) Student A: If I understood you correctly, you are saying that first you would ask the people who are speaking in another language to speak English?
(6) Student B:Yes, because I feel left out and don't know what is going on. I also want to learn as much English as I can in class.
(7) Student A: You would ask first the students who are speaking in another language to speak English and if they don't listen, you would speak to the classmate that speaks the same language as you? What would you do if they still refused to speak English in class?
(8) Student B: I would talk to the teacher and ask her to help with the situation.
