Place two drilled angle irons back to back. Fasten the angle irons together with Ø1/2-13 Grade 8 hardware. Align the angle irons to each other and tighten the bolts to 40 ft·lb (54.2 N·m) using a torque wrench and 3/4” socket.Tighten the bolts along the outer perimeter to 29 ft·lb (39.3 N·m) using a torque wrench and 1/2” socket. After the outer perimeter bolts are torqued, tighten the bolts along the inner perimeter to 29 ft·lb (39.3 N·m) using a torque wrench and 1/2” socket.
