I note that the account is still not on hold.
There has been no service since August 25th 2016.
Please have your office contact Sammy the account holder on 093 212 2460 to discuss this matter (Urgently)
This account needs to be brought back to ZERO balance and the account placed on hold until December when we can get the technician onsite to install the internet services, please note there is no point in constantly billing this account as there is no connected internet service, I wont pay for a service that does not exist.
