generation Y has their own characteristics. Most of Gen Y are ambitious usually takes on important roles in organisations as soon as they start; moreover, the generation has high expectation on their employees who should work on jobs that match with their ambitious[1]. If it does not, they will seek employment eleswhere ,whereas the Gen X who are willing to change roles more often to find the right company to work with. The confident of Gen Y is the ability of creating and developing their organization by achieving goals[3]. Moreover, Gen Y has to believe in themselves that they can do it. To compare level of confident between female and male, Gen Y female have level of confident as equal as male because female can do everything that male can[4]. Gen Y is more productive than Gen X. Gen Y care about doing a good work rather than good salary which is different from Gen X[5]. Gen Y is non materialistic who thoughtfully invest their money on things that they really want whereas Gen X likely thinks less than Gen X on investing[6]
