The regression models showed that increasing the electric field
strength shortened the thawing time and increased energy consumption.
Meanwhile, the thawing time was significantly shortened with
the increasing energy consumption, which showed that both electric
field energy and electric field strength were factors influencing the
thawing time. The effect of electric field strength on HVEF thawing
can be explained by the following equation, which is derived from the
