We are currently looking to recruit:
Junior Executive Assistant English/French (m/f)
Your responsibilities:
• You are responsible for providing secretarial and administrative support and assistance to members of the AIBD (Account, Industry and Business Development) team;
• You are in charge of document production and typing;
• You manage meeting and event organization;
• You provide assistance with various client administration matters, file maintenance, research work and assistance with clients;
• You will have extensive contact with internal clients and colleagues.
Your profile:
• You have completed your secretarial education, a first experience would be an asset;
• You know how to work autonomously, prioritize tasks and you are able to work on various projects simultaneously;
• You are well organized, flexible, and have excellent communication skills;
• You are a positive thinker, progress oriented, a flexible team worker and able to manage stressful situations;
• You have a thorough command of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and are equally comfortable at typing and proof reading;
• You have an excellent command of French and English; additional language skills such as German or Luxembourgish are an asset.
