This paper thought to answer the question of which mode of Virtual Learning Environment
interaction between Mobile Applications and Mobile Websites was the best aid in
furthering access to Higher Education in Malawi. The paper looked at the Malawi
government’s efforts to meet the goal of increased access to higher education within the
constraints of current infrastructure and limited human resources. We thought to take a
lesson from the banking sector who have used technological advancements to increase
access to banking services within similar constraints.
