Overall, the 3 CLT’s resulted in differences among the recipes:
(a) Total wellness scores for the reduced fat + spice samples
were consistently higher than the reduced fat counterparts
and similar or higher than the full fat versions.
(b) Dimensions across recipes varied as well, especially the
emotional, intellectual and physical dimensions. Spiritual
and social dimensions differentiated the meatloaf recipes
but not the vegetables. Similar to total wellness, dimensions
were scored higher in the reduced + spice samples compared
to the reduced fat and similar to the full fat counterparts
