We followed the instructions you provided to Simon via WhatsApp yesterday. I can still not receive mail. As you can see from the WebMail screenshot taken this morning, there is no new mail in the account acc@... Mails sent to that account bounce with the error "Mailbox full"
This is not an issue we can fix here. It has been several days now, so we are hopefull that you can attend to it quickly as we are very concerned that important mails regarding finance are being bounced and lost.
