For lycopene analysis,the extracts of fermentation were analyzed by spectrophotometer UV–vis at 470 nm and HPLC
(Pursuit XRsC18column,1504.6 mm,5 μm). The HPLC analysis was determined by gradients,phase A:methanol,phase B:acetone 75% and phaseC:acetone95%, flow 1.5 ml/ min and UV detector at 460 nm.Lycopene purchased from Sigma-Aldrich (Mexico) was used as an external standard.
