When the leaves have cooled, they must be heated again.
The craftsmen alternate between heating and hammering until the desired shape and size are obtained.
The process causes oxidation and objects become black.
The patterns are created on objects by regrowth technique by which the drawings appear raised due to hammering on the inner side of the objects.
The details are then refined to the outside to complete the work.
The finished articles are then dipped in the sulphurous boiling water to remove traces of black residue, rubbed, immersed in a tam and rinsed juice.
After going through the wash process, the finished products will be bright and shiny.
