• Liaise with guest, visitor, and tenants
• Extend the warmest welcome to the client
• To have the knowledge of directory information
• Updates function boards according to the events information sent by Building Manager
• To have a knowledge of fire evacuation procedure / bomb threat
• To keep record of all emergency numbers
• Responsibility for paging system for driver
• Effective handling of incoming call
• Responsibility for the PABX switches board
• To be able to act as Help Desk Officer as required
