Steps:
1. Select the discussion board under “Resources”. This board is where you will collaborate with your team members to complete the team task. Do not wait for someone else to start the discussion, anyone can and should get the discussion started. There isn't much time.
2. Any member of the team can submit the team task, you must decide as a team which team member will submit Team Task (4) by the due date.
3. After your team task has been submitted, you must assess each of your team member’s efforts toward completion of the team task. Note: Each member of the team must complete the assessment of every member.

Task:
Work with your teammates as assigned by the Instructor during the specified dates and
time and do the following:
1. Discuss and answer the following questions.
1) Is feedback useful in online learning, especially in this course using the D4L+P program? If so, how?
2) What is meant by constructive criticism/feedback?
3) How can negative feedback be given constructively?
2. Make a list of examples, using the team members’ response in Task 3, of the
1) constructive criticism/feedback
2) poor criticism/feedback
3. Submit your team response combining the answers and examples.
Criteria
1. The team’s list of examples of what is and is not constructive criticism/feedback [in 1) and 2)] must consist of at least five examples each.
2. Your team submission must all be written in English and must be at least 150 words.
