• To coach, manage, and develop BANCA sales team to ensure all of them can perform well according to business plan.
• To develop and initiate monthly sales campaign both seller and customer. Also to monitor and analyze campaign result to meet objectives.
• Be accountable & ensure all BANCA’ activities & productivities level are met daily and comply with rule and regulation: BOT, OIC, and UOBT Group.
• To implement best practice across all bank’ channels including product, sales concept, marketing strategy, process and system, etc.
