Contractor may, from time to time and at any time, request changes in the Work ("Contractor Requested Change"). Changes requested by Contractor may include (but need not be limited to) adding, deleting, or modifying relevant portions of this Contract, the Work, the Equipment and Materials, or the method of performing the Work. Any Contractor Requested Change shall be in writing and shall be sufficiently definite and detailed to give Subcontractor. The payment for change order shall be payable by Contractor to Subcontractor after receipt of the foregoing Invoice and documentation.
