3. Results
In this study, the MICs of 4 biocides that are commonly used in the
food industry or in products for personal care were determined for
135 strains of S. thermophilus, 44 strains of S. salivarius, 42 strains of
L. garvieae, and 245 strains belonging to 11 different species of the
Lactobacillus genus.
