The questionnaire in adapted from the 20 items four factor CQS. The CQS is composed of 4 qualitatively different but interrelated capabilities i.e. Motivational CQ (4 items), Cognitive CQ (6 items), Metacognitive CQ (5 items) and Behavioral CQ (5 items) (Van Dyne, Ang, & Livermore, 2010). However, the researcher has added the reverse coding questions to check reliability of the questionnaire. Employees who fail to recognize and do not pick a rating in opposite direction to the rest of the score in that particular concept are eliminated from statistical analysis. The questionnaire is translated into Thai and back-translated into English to ensure accuracy and correctness of the terms and translation, (Schleicher, & Born, 2008). It was firstly translated by researcher and back translated by a professional translator.
