We suspect whatever was requested from MICROs caused this issue – I believe Naret requested some password resets (SQL Plus, Oracle DB, etc…) to address the ORA-28011 issue. Did they update the passwords on the system? What did they do?
If after we confirm the CurtisC services are functioning correctly, you will need to open another clarify case (or update the one currently open) – stating whatever MICROs did broke your OPERA system.
This is a standard process & to be performed by the Hotel. This is also the same as what you would perform if your OXI processor was not functioning properly.
