For the recognition test in chickens, no significant dif-ferences were shown between the absorbance values of sera usingthe batch obtained from both scales in different dilutions (Fig. 6).These results indicate that despite the differences in glycosylationprofiles and the loading of the molecules obtained in both scales,they have similar recognitions in both chickens, so it is an indi-cation that these differences would not constitute critical productattributes. This result confirms that both molecules retain biologi-cal activity and immunogenicity. However, further study suggestsanalyzing potential causes for the differences in the loads encoun-tered, besides the presence or absence of oxidized Met.
