Position : IT Officer (Helpdesk)
Job Descriptions
Handle calls and provide answers to commonly found issues
Provide for the programs installation for newcomer's computer set
Introduce users to those responsible on unsolved/remaining issues
Follow up with the vendors or users to check if the problem concludes
Maintain master table including adding or changing users' information into the system
Report problems concerning system help desk and related areas
Check outsource printing (Adler) to verify the accuracy of printed materials
Qualifications
Male or Female, Age between 22-30 years old
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related fields
1-4 years experience in helpdesk or related fields
Good communication in English (Spoken and Written)
IT-literate (hardware and software)
Service-minded with effective communication skills
Have good problem-solving and analytical skills
