I’ve been reported that your soft token account still experiencing with the same issue along with your iPhone having failure to open some attachment.
Regarding the soft token, I’ll check the latest status of your token account settings with 4444 and my team again tomorrow. For the issue on iPhone when open attachment, could you please let me know what’s the version of iOS on your iPhone? I got some workaround from Apple Support Communities, they said the "Download Full Message" should solve this issue (scroll to button of email and tap download full message). Anyway can we have a look for your iPhone settings again tomorrow? If yes, we’ll go to your office and take your iPhone to IT services for testing around 30 minutes.
