Do customers need “Bill of collection” after integrate with AKK?
I discussed with Finance team in JP about “Bill of collection”,
Annisa-san said AKK that customers in Thailand need Bill of collection after integrated with AKK.
If we don’t prepare “Bill of collection”, customers don’t pay us.
I follow AKK direct business(AKK sell parts to customers in Thailand) already,
customers don’t request Bill of collection to us, pay AKK normally.
AKK confuses which information is correct, we need to ask customers.
Please check all customers we must to prepare “Bill of collection” or not.
