Provide on-site support at Bangkok and Wellgrow sites by carrying out IT Support activities requiring physical presence at site, e.g. workstation installations and workstation leasing changes
· Acting as “local hands” for the service desk, investigate, diagnose and resolve incidents and requests that have been escalated him/her by the service desk
· Document solutions for resolved incidents and requests within knowledgebase, ITSM tool and asset management system
· Local contact for global IT organization in workstation, data-communication, network and server related issues
· Being responsible for the on-site operations in Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Australia and New Zealand. He/She is responsible for the work carried out by external on-site vendors and on-site technicians in his/her own area
· He/she follows-up and supports on-site technicians and external on-site vendors in their work, ensuring they have knowledge and are following the company IT’s standard processes, policies and are using the company standard tools
· Analyses the work of the external on-site vendors making sure they perform their work in set SLAs
· Responsible for all sites in the area are provided with necessary IT hardware (e.g. workstations etc.)
· He/She is responsible for on-site service transfer and implementation in case of site or vendor changes and acting as local contact for on-site contracts
· Person will be reporting to Senior Service Desk Agent in APAC
