MG decolorization by laccase is also affected by temperature as previously reported byYounes et al. (2012), but the percentage of decolorization begins to reduce at 80 °C in our study, which is superior to the laccases in Scytalidiumthermophilum with a maximum decolorization of 87% at 55 °C ( Younes et al., 2012) and in Trametes sp. with the highest decolorization ability at 55 °C ( Manel et al., 2009) (Fig. 2b).
