HR Department is pleased to inform that your subordinate’s probation will end. The staff has to appoint the probation presentation before November 20, 2015 and the Supervisor will schedule a probation presentation as part of the evaluation. Then, staff submits the completed Probationary Employees Development Form (attached file 1) 3 months according to the mentoring program and Probation Appraisal Form (attached file 2) together to supervisor and Head of department and send to HR Department Khun Montaka (ID 84042304) on the presentation date.
