The subject reported a past history of an inversion injury to
only one ankle, which required protected weightbearing
and/or immobilization.
The subject reported no history of fracture to either lower
extremity.
The involved ankle was reported to be chronically weaker,
more painful, and/or less functional than the other at the
time of testing.
Current subjective complaints were reported to be secondary
to the past history of traumatic inversion sprain.
