• Provides confidential administrative support to executive.
• Maintains executive daily appointment calendar; make travel and lodging arrangements as required.
• Receives and screens telephone calls, mail and visitors.
• Make high level contacts of complex and confidential nature both inside and outside the company.
• Replies to inquiries and other international business correspondences.
• Collects and prepares information for executive’s use in discussions and meetings with executive staff members and outside individuals.
• Assists executive in all aspects of meetings.
• Assists in providing HR Recruitment and KPI Evaluation.
