Let me add. This customer is a regular buyer and buys every month. So the courier address Panel Plus already has.
Also the courier number provided to me was of DHL while the actual courier was Aramex. Only after I complained was I informed that the wrong information was provided. Also 18th was the actual date when the package was sent if you see from Aramex. We don’t follow up till actually we are informed of a problem. We need to more proactive than reactive.
