Of course, we will do all that we can to assist and to support you and your team.
The system is what it is and of course you know that we have very little space for storage. However, you do have the ability to check availability of required spare parts prior to placing your orders.
So I would suggest where you have an order where you do not want to wait for AlL items to become available is that you place two (2) separate orders !!
That is to say, the first order where all items are showing available (With a “K” for one (1) complete shipment), so all available items are dispatched together in one (1) shipment.
Then a second order (using your same order number plus -1 after it) with the non-available - Nil Stock Items, ALSO using the “K” facility, thus ensuring that these too are sent in one (1) complete shipment when items become available in our stocks.
I trust you understand and by doing this will cut the number of shipments for each order.
